Young Innovations hires for a variety of professional roles including, but not limited to, product management, marketing, HR, sales, finance and accounting. We also have more technical positions across our manufacturing sites that include quality, production operation, engineering, and maintenance.

While we don’t have ‘chair side’ specific roles, most of our positions support the dental profession from the manufacturing, product development, and distribution side of the business. We work closely with clinicians and physicians by providing product training, education, and ongoing support; allowing employees to contribute to patient care and outcomes without working directly in a clinical setting.

Not necessarily! At Young Innovations, we value transferable skills and alignment with our core values just as much as industry-specific experience. Many of our roles include training to help employees learn about the dental industry and our products, so candidates from a variety of backgrounds can be successful.
